Terms and Conditions of Use — Gil Reyes Scoring Academy

Gil Reyes Scoring Academy provides baseball scoring training and certification through courses, workshops, seminars, a membership, downloadable resources, and the National Professional Scorer Certification Program in partnership with Criollitos de Venezuela.

The party responsible for this site and the services it offers is Gil Antonio Reyes Romero, ABN 14 658 900 302, trading as Gil Reyes Scoring Academy, registered as a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia.

You must provide truthful information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

The site has three levels: Registered (free account, access to basic resources and community), Student (enrolled in a paid program/course), and Member (Membership with expanded benefits, see /membresia). Access to each piece of content depends on your level and active enrollments.

• Individual courses are paid once, at the time of enrollment.
• The Membership is paid once ($150 USD) and access to the purchased content does not expire. New content or programs published in the future may be offered separately and are not included in this purchase.
• Programs developed under institutional agreements are governed by the financial terms agreed with the corresponding institution.
• The Membership may be fully refunded if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that at the time of the request the student has not played more than one (1) of the classes of the Professional Scoring Program and has not downloaded the support material or the official symbology. Compliance with these conditions is verified against the platform's playback and download records. After 7 days, or once either of the two limits above has been exceeded, no refund applies.

Some resources and videos are free in exchange for watching an ad before download (Google AdSense), or are included in your access level. Downloadable content is for your personal, educational use — redistribution, resale, or republishing on other platforms without the Academy's written authorization is not allowed.

All site content (videos, text, forms, marks, logos) is owned by Gil Reyes Scoring Academy or used under license. Certificates and credentials issued by the Academy attest to completion of a specific program and do not constitute an official license issued by a federation or league unless expressly stated.

Not permitted: sharing your account with third parties, attempting to access content outside your level, using bots or scripts to mass-download content, or using the site for purposes other than the intended educational ones.

This program depends on eligibility verification by Criollitos de Venezuela's Regional Directorates. The Academy does not guarantee approval of a registration until that verification is complete and the corresponding payment is confirmed.

We strive to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt the service.

Educational content is provided "as is." The Academy is not responsible for decisions made based on content outside the context of an official certification program, nor for interruptions caused by external providers (hosting, payment processor, video delivery).

This site and Gil Reyes Scoring Academy's services are governed by the laws of Australia, where the party responsible for the site is registered. Any dispute related to the use of the site, memberships, or programs will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after a change implies your acceptance.
